When I say it's no hit and miss for this great Toronto neighborhood is because some of the residents call it High Park living due to how close the two neighborhoods are from one another. Both span along Bloor St West, one begins at Keele and the other ends at Islington Ave.
I can say comfortably that living in either Bloor West Village or High Park would be easy for me; I have been selling real estate in both communities for years now and I have seen the great transformation especially in High Park. Anyone who lives there would say the same thing and those who had the pleasure of living there; I would be so bold in predicting that most of them regret leaving.
The home I will be showcasing today is in Bloor West Village but close enough to also call itself a High Park-er, 108 Kennedy Ave. The home boosts 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and is only a block from the nearest subway entrance. The home is meticulously maintained and close to some of the best schools in the city. My favorite part is how close it is to all the shops and specialty boutiques that you will find on Bloor St West. The home is listed at 788k and I don't see why the seller won't achieve its goal in selling quick as the home shows 10/10. If you’re looking to move into this neighborhood than this home might be right for you.
